It depends on the client. Some roles require specific skills or prior experience and are compensated accordingly, while others don’t. If you’re just starting out, we could also offer internship opportunities within HIKMA VP or with clients, giving you a chance to build experience and grow.
Strong communication is key. French and/or English are the most in-demand, though opportunities may vary by client. The stronger your language skills, the more offers become available to you.

Yes! Most offers are remote, so what matters most is having a reliable computer (depending on the position) and a strong internet connection. We also host team-building events and meetups in Algiers, if you’re nearby, we’d love for you to join.
